职位描述：
1. Drive supplier quality improvement to achieve management target;
2. Responsible and accountable on supplier quality complaints from internal and external customer (Effective and timely closure of 8D);
3. Conduct audit for new supplier development and annual audit for existing supplier;
4. Implement the continuous improvement of product quality and production processes;
5. Review and follow up engineering change notice (ECN);
6. Prepare monthly report with follow-up action plan;
7. Lead monthly meeting with poor performance supplier;
8. New Project Development project coordination;
9. Confirm Non-conformity parts at supplier side
10. Perform inspection before shipment.
requirement
Requirement :
1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering (Electronic/Mechanical);
2. Minimum 3 years related quality engineering working experience;
3. Familiar with electrical appliance production and process control;
4. Have a strong technical background in working with PCBA & Electro-Mechanical suppliers.
5. Strong knowledge and experience in Process Capability Study, Process Control Charts, Control Plan, PPAP, Inspection Plan, 8-D, APQP etc.
6. Familiar with QMS (ISO9001) ;
7. Familiar with international regulations and directives (REACH, RoHS, etc.);
8. Excellent communication and reporting skill;
9. Able to communicate in English (Verbal/Written);
10. Good computer skill in Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Word.
11. Willing to travel.
