职位描述：
Requirement :
1. College or University degree in Major of Mechanical/Industry/Design/Electronic or equivalent.
2. Skilled with PC on office software.
3. Effective communication skills.
4. Cantonese listening and speaking.
5. Good command of written and spoken English.
6. 5 or more years working experience on toy manufacture engineering in Toys company or Toys factory.
7. Be familiar with general process of toys engineering development and production.
8. Basic knowledge of technical and common quality recognition on toy products.
9. Self-motivated and initiative, able to work under pressure.
10. Hands-on experience in toys mechanism design or ride-on products will be an advantage
 
Responsibilities:
1. To take lead for the project development process. Follow up project closely with different parties for schedule planning and controlling
2. To optimize product design base on quality/cost/schedule consideration
3. To provide engineering support to other parties and solve the engineering issues during development
4. Supporting costing team for cost issues settling, cost reduction proposal consolidation
5. Relative engineering documents preparation and update
6. To provide on-site support for engineering issues
