职位描述：
接受客户的售后咨询，提出产品的质量、升级、更新等问题的解决办法。

    产品运行不正常，产品需要升级，产品需要更新等技术上的问题客户没法解决那么售后工程师就要动身了，假如客户在远方，那么售后工程师就要出差啦。

2. 跟踪客户，了解产品的使用状况，及时了解客户的反馈信息。

    要经常性地电话回访客户，与客户进行沟通，了解客户对产品的使用情况，并对不足的地方进行申报处理。

3. 负责客户的使用培训。

    产品卖给客户之后，使用方式也是要由售后工程师进行教授的。

4. 发展良好的客户关系，并参与客户服务计划。
5.了解移动电源等消费类电子产品
