职位描述：
1. 根据集团的金融投资和策略发展计划，不断开发拓展各类型投资项目；
2. 通过资料收集和市场研究， 完成新自营或管理项目的前期可行性研究分析，及后期的项目管理；
3. 参与项目选址，新项目建设及合作开发有关合同、协议的起草和制定；与业主方或合作方进行商业谈判，并保持良好关系；确保开展项目实施时与综合运营团队等各部门的沟通交接；
4. 具备项目管理和商业地产行业经验者，可作为项目负责人带领新项目的开发；
5. 完成上级主管安排的其他工作。
任职资格：
1. 全日制本科或以上学历，工商会计法律学历背景；
2. 1-3年投资融资等分析管理经验，熟悉商业地产项目运作，有项目管理或投行经验者优先考虑；
3. 善于数据和逻辑分析，优秀的定性分析与研究能力，具备快速学习能力；
4. 有责任有承担，坚毅勤勉；
5. 良好的中英文文书和口语沟通能力；
6. 能适应在国内一、二线城市的出差要求。
