Job title: Sales Support ( Commercial team)

Job description:
As Sales support you will be part of a FM Commercial team where you together with a commercial specialist person is responsible maintain commercial relationship with factories, Support customer visit arrangement and reception, Monitor factory quotation finish in time and continuously improve the quotation speed with factories, Support price matrix negotiation and updating the price matrix, Negotiation price affect factor (extra cost) which not in price matrix, Analyze PCB cost, Office Administration work.

Job Responsibility:

1. PCB price negotiate with factories, make PCB quotation, deal with PCB price issues from local office (oversea office), checking the price in system, following up the quotation from factories, update the price matrix , and analyze PCB cost etc.
2. Well know the oversea business reception, Support sales arrange the customer /colleagues visit from local office, contact with factories and arrange detail schedule. Accompany and lead customer/colleagues visit factories and good at make presentation both in meeting room and production lines.
3. Well know office administration management and good communicate with other departments.
4. Apply for visas in different countries for colleagues for oversea visiting and arrange the visit schedule in oversea and relative thing arrangement.
5. Deal with the temporary work arrangement from superior
6. Others Supports to Sales ;

Qualifications:
1. You have at least 1 year experience in PCB with Multinational Company ground;
2. You are Data Sensitive and good at analysis;
3. You are target focused with a strong will to deliver results.
4. You are outgoing, service oriented and enjoy taking initiatives.
5. You are accurate and structured in your work.
6. You have very good knowledge in English both in speaking and writing and Microsoft Office;
