职位描述：
Key Role and Responsibilities:
? Report to Senior Finance Manager and manage Finance team in PRC subsidiaries
? Responsible for full-set of books and accounting functions, including managing and controlling expenses and cash flow
? Consolidate monthly review, budget, forecast, profits tax filing, cost & variance analysis and financial reports
? Liaise with auditors and external regulators regarding to quarterly, interim and year-end audit
? Implement internal control processes compliance with applicable local rules and regulations
? Monitor PRC accounting, tax & government administration issues
Qualifications and Requirements:
? Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent, must possess professional accounting qualifications such as HKSA, ACCA or CPA
? Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience in sizable manufacturing company is preferable
? Familiar with HKGAAP, PRC GAAP and audit experience in Big 4 is a plus
? Basic knowledgeable in SAP or ERP system
? Proactive, independent, well-organized, a good team player, strong sense of responsibility and strong analytical skill in problem solving
? Excellent interpersonal skills in both English & Mandarin
? Candidate with more experience will be considered as Finance Manager
