职位描述
1. Job Description 职位描述:
Job Title职务: Key Account Manager
Department部门: Sales Management
Reports To报告给: Sales Department Manager
2. Summary概括:
This position will report to sales manager and belong to Sales Department.
This position is to work very closely with the customer and the project team to ensure the customer satisfaction. He or she is the main contact of the customer (purchasing, management)
3. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 关键的职责及任务:
. Coordinates the daily follow-up of the customer sales.
. Follows RFQs, establishes pre-filters in conformity with sales strategy.
. Controls and finalizes synthesis of consultations
. Ensures that orders are received in time
. Validates tooling orders or part orders
. Organize the contract review and transfer meeting PM1
. Monitors the customer payments in connection with Project and Finance departments
. Reports on customer strategy and satisfaction
. Reports on competitors sales strategies
. Ensures professional treatment of sales offers to customers
. Participates in the Group action plan to improve margin by customer

1) Previous Experience/Education Requirements 教育程度/经验的要求:
. At least university education of Business or Engineering specialty
. At least 3 years working experience at Tool field or Marketing field.
. Automotive environment Knowledge
. Business management Knowledge
. Plastic tooling industry and plastics manufacturing knowledge
. Good Organization, Communication and Negotiation skills.
. Time and Priority management
. Dynamic, team spirit, availability
. Ability to manage customer profile, development of turnover, and profitability etc.
2) Language Skills语言能力:
. Must be able to skillfully communicate, orally and in writing, in English. Others foreign languages would be better
必须能熟练的使用英语进行口头及书面沟通
3) Computer Skills计算机技能:
. Must be proficient in the MS Office suite of products.
