岗位职责：

1.负责巡视各种公共设施，掌握公共设施完好状况，如有损坏及安全隐患及时维修保养，接到报修任务及时处理；

2.配合其他同事共同完成机电设备的维修保养工作，确保公共设施使用性能良好,无安全隐患；

3.每日巡查设施设备，确保系统设备的正常运行；

4.负责设施设备突发事件及异常情况的处理；

岗位要求：

1、一年以上本行业工作经验、持相关证件；

2、有较强的实际操作能力。

3、具有良好的职业道德，责任感强；

4、有团队协作精神；

5、有中央空调维保经验者优先考虑
