Objectives:
? Benefit holds a mission to become most disruptive makeup brand for 20’s young consumers in China, by aggressively building its awareness through digital marketing & PR, and also boost its presence in E-commerce.
? Key challenges on awareness side are: overall awareness, DNA driven contents & communication
? Benefit needs revamp its social media platform from a merely communication channels to offer more functions and engage better with its fans. Thus we open this position for a dedicated executive.
? Support Digital & EC head to initiate & execute brand own social platform strategy, develop communication strategy and content calendar, execute content posting/reposting, to achieve KPIs of fans/reads/engagement etc.
? Closely work with product marketing, PR, trade marketing & e-commerce team to consolidate communication needs into own media platforms.
? Continuously seeking for improvement of own media performance and functional upgrade.
Responsibilities:
** Initiate & execute own social platform strategy
- Understand the unique dynamics of each platform by studying mega trends and evolution
- Own performance dashboard by tracking and analyzing KPIs on regular basis & provide insight from data mining
- Keep searching for new opportunities to upgrade the user experiences
- Optimize social eco-system with social platform in center
** Consolidate contents into social platform by working with agency/ external partners
- Post/repost of celebrity & influencer contents
- Consolidate trade/channel events
- On-time-in-full execution of launch activities
** Upgrade key functionality of social platforms
- Wechat: enhance service attributes
** Constantly seek for new opportunities
- Open and enter of new platforms i.e. RED
Main KPIs:
- Quality of ideas & proposals should communicate brand DNA & effective to drives business results
- Budget management within agreed target
- # of fans/ incremental fans/ # of posts/ average reads per article/ engagement
