We are seeking high-caliber professionals to join our HR our team. The vacancy comes at a time where the Company is undergoing rapid business expansion. Motivated candidates with requisite experiences and qualifications are welcome to apply for the position. He/she is responsible for providing a full range of recruiting services to the business, while delivering a best in class candidate experience.
Responsibilities
1 Foster good relationship with key business stakeholders with a strong service-oriented mindset
2 Driving direct recruitment (pro-active sourcing of candidates) to ensure a high quality of delivery in completing challenging recruitment assignments across continents
3 Identify and propose new and innovative resourcing channels and best practice hiring process
4 Representing our brand and being the first point of contact and interviewer for all candidates; Conduct interviews with short listed candidates, make recommendations for second stage interview with Line Managers
5 Assist with finalizing and attracting the candidates to join and managing offers to candidates while working closely with the HR department to coordinate remuneration, contracts and start dates
6 Design and execute customized, candidate recruiting plans, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements and expectations of each specific job function
7 Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques
8 Stay abreast of market practices and trends, and advise on recruitment methods and tools, ensuring the best practices is upheld across the business
9 Organize regional recruitment campaigns to hire quality graduate trainees and Interns
10 Administrate application tracking database and ensure the accuracy of recruiting data
11 Other ad hoc tasks as requested by HR Director
Requirements
1 Bachelor's degree or above
2 5 years or above HR experiences with recruiting as a major focus from a MNC environment;
3 Excellent in candidate’s data search
4 A high level of professional integrity and confidentiality
5 A team player with a high degree of flexibility to effectively deal with ambiguity
6 An internationalized mindset to deal with cultures of diverse backgrounds
7 Native Chinese speaker
8 English language proficiency, Cantonese is a plus
9 Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
10 Excellent communicator who can manage both internal and external stakeholders
