职位描述：
SUMMARY OF POSITION - This position is responsible for creating and maintaining bill of materials, writing assembly and test procedures, and controlling the ECO process within the Engineering team in order to ensure all NPD and sustaining documentation processes are followed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Creates and maintains items & Bill of Materials for products.
? Draw the label artworks for products.
? Collaborates with China and U.S.A Engineers to write/update assembly, packing and testing procedures.
? Develops and maintains packaging procedures specific to SKU’s.
? Creates and verifies documentation as coordinated with the Program Managers
? Collaborates with PM’s in the development of functional specifications
? Revises/corrects existing documentation as required by sustaining efforts using the ECO (Engineering Change Order) process.
? Execute PRO, ECO, DCO, SCO and DEV ensuring proper implementation through China Production engineers.
o Manage commitments for drawing, packaging and assembly procedure changes.
o Include all appropriate associates so no one is surprised
? Supports the collection of cost save data and reviews in master spreadsheets.
o The coordination with CM’s to understand phase in dates and proper pricing
o Ensuring the ECO’s implementation date and cost reductions are met.
? Provide documentation as needed and assist in cost reduction opportunity meetings.
o Record actions and drive change through ECO’s
? Provide ECO weekly report to project leader.
? Facilitate some knowledge share and training for the DOC team and the company.
? Support the engineering systems process upgrade and Oracle R12 upgrade.
? Team work to support Engineering team development and cost down projects as needed.
? Other duties as assigned.

SPECIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor degree is required.
? Major in Engineering are preferred.
? More than 3 years related work experience required.
? Excellent communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skills required.
? Excellent oral and writing English required.
? Experience working with Oracle, and Adobe Illustrator, OneNote, Microsoft Office software.
? Ability to work independently and as a team to accomplish tasks.
? Ability to prioritize work in order to meet deadlines.
? Previous experience in creating bill of materials, write ECOs.
? Capable of multiple project assignments and working within a dynamic open office environment is a must.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
? Accountable for creating bill of materials and collaborate in the writing of procedures to assist the Program Managers in having a successful release to production
? Ensuring the PRO and ECO are in process to support the product and production.

RELATIONSHIPS:
? Reports directly to the Documentation Manager.
? Reports indirectly to Engineering Manager.
? Maintains an effective working relationship with other employees within engineering team.
? Maintains an effective working relationship with other departments and team members within the Radio Systems Corporation.
