职位描述：
Senior RF Engineer

A RF offer from BQ HW department, make full responsibility for RF development of the products

Responsibilities:
       
1. Manage a small RF team, including at least one RF engineer and one antenna engineer;
2. Participate in the RF design, analysis, prototyping, debugging and testing;
3. Follow up RF HW issues and collaborate with SW and ME team in order to fully understand applied solution and/or suggest improvements;
4. Collaborate in the certification and homologation processes such as GCF and carrier requirements(Orange, Vodafone);
5. Participate in RF manufacture process validation, stability, calibration and quality control;


Background Requirements

1. RF, electronic, communications or hardware Engineering background BSc. or MSc，5+ year experience in mobile or tablet RF development based on Qualcomm platform;
2. Familiar with the MIPI, LOGIC configuration of PA, switch, ASM, etc;
3. Familiar with convergence, matching network debugging;
4. Familiar with RF link budget and the testing of interference;
5. Familiar with RF manufacturing, such as calibration, CIT test;
6. Familiar with schematic and PCB layout placement;
7. High level of written and spoken English

高级射频工程师将全权负责bq高通平台手机射频设计
岗位职责
1. 管理小型RF团队，包括至少一位射频和一位天线工程师；
2. 负责RF原理图和PCB设计，全程负责RF bring up、调试和测试等工作；
3. 负责跟踪解决RF相关的问题，涉及到其他模块的，需要与软件或结构同事共同完成方案的验证和导入；
4. 主导跟踪射频相关的认证，包括CE, GCF，Orange和Vodafone等；
5. 参与射频生产过程中的验证、跟踪校准测试一致性；

岗位要求
1. 射频、通信或电子等专业本科及以上学历，5年以上的高通平台手机射频开发经验；
2. 熟悉射频PA,ASM,Switch等器件的MIPI和逻辑控制；
3. 熟悉射频收敛、匹配、插损等测试和调试；
4. 熟悉射频链路预算以及干扰评估测试；
5. 熟悉射频生产方案设计和调试，比如SMT校准综测和总装CIT测试；
6. 熟悉原理图和PCB摆件，善于优化射频走线，获得最小的插损和干扰；
7. 高水平的口语和书面英语
