Job Description
? Serves as primary regional interface and partner to the Worldwide Product Digital Marketing teams.

? Serves as interface and partner to regional Sales & Systems Digital Marketing counterparts.

? Influences worldwide digital marketing programs, including email, paid search strategies, regional paid media plans and other campaign elements based on regional needs.
o Prioritizes product category and device promotions in the region based on input from the WW DMPM and additional input from the Systems & Sales Digital Marketing team.
o Recommends channel mix based on regional requirements, channels and budget available and proposes new channels or media experiments.
o Ensures all regional deliverables are executed effectively and on time with a goal of launching regional campaigns on the same launch date as the WW campaign.
o Recommends and executes approved local programs for key technologies.

? Content marketing: Selects and prioritizes product categories, device content and new technologies that are relevant for the region, in alignment with regional Content Marketing manager.
o Works with local PR agency to execute overarching content marketing programs
o Supports content programs with regional experts: manages in-person briefings, refinement of content for regional audience.
o Recommends and then executes approved local content marketing programs for key technologies.

? Training: In EMEA, works with training program manager to define training the strategy and plan. In China and Japan, manages logistics and promotion for in-person product trainings and regional trade shows. Works with training project manager to define training strategy and plan.

? Ensures local TI.com site is up-to-date for their product areas and has relevant content for the region

? Responsible for project managing and executing any approved tradeshow relevant for their product area.

? Final review of all marketing content translations (TI.com, advertising, content) with Product Operations Project Manager and translation agencies.

? Manages budget as appropriate.

Basic Qualifications
This position requires a solid understanding of marketing technical products to an engineering audience and the ability to grasp highly technical concepts. The regional product DMPM should use their knowledge of the local market (prioritized technologies, products and market sectors), as well as the local media landscape to make effective recommendations on how to execute worldwide campaigns in their region. This position manages processes across multiple teams and disciplines, making strong project management and communication skills essential.

? Professional knowledge, skills and continuous learning: Ability to learn and apply innovative new web technologies including content management, search engine marketing, email marketing, web site usability, translation management, etc. Works on continuous improvement in this area.
? Strong knowledge of targeted sectors, end equipment and technologies in local markets, business landscape, systems strategy and sales priorities.
? Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
