本职位只负责内控，不负责审计。

Position Description

Manager - Internal Control, has an important role in securing adequate internal control within the defined area of responsibility in the region. The candidate needs to plan, drive and participate in internal control activities on site and also regionally. He/ She will need to support the business with the interpretation of requirements related to internal control, providing advice on how to mitigate related risks and control design to meet the requirements in an efficient manner. He/ She will also be responsible for executing activities in relation to the yearly our Group Internal Control Program, where assessment of processes from an internal control perspective and testing of selected controls is an important part.

The position reports to the Director Internal Control, Region Asia Oceania

Main activities and responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

IC Evaluation

* Drive and take active part in the evaluation of transaction level controls
* Proactively work with process owners and ACC on identified improvement areas within control assessments and testing
* Ensure necessary actions and follow-up from the Group Internal Control Program result

Projects

* Plan, drive and participate in Internal Control owned projects and reviews
* Support and participate in ACC/ Division/BA driven projects in order to ensure adherence of the Internal Control policy in the development of routines and processes related to finance in general

Internal Control environment

*Ensure business activities have adequate IC by supporting process owners in designing control activities that meet the requirements in VICS
* Support ACC responsible in the process of periodic IC sign off
* Monitor and follow up in relation to internal and external financial audits and follow up of audit issues
* Ensure governance awareness and conduct trainings related to Internal Control areas when appropriate
* Be the specialist on site regarding requirements defined in the Internal Control Policy, Group Internal Control Standards and TD/BA Generic Controls
* Work in close cooperation with the colleagues in Internal Control function and the ACC teams and businesses


Key Competencies:

* University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent, CPA/CIA an advantage
* Ability to work with different cultures with a clear mind-set to see things through to completion
* Strong accounting and controlling skills. Ability to work effectively in a team of specialists.
* Good presentation skills
* Excellent communication skills, including ability to communicate with the senior management in the Legal entity and network effectively in the region and also across the global IC team
* Good understanding of the Group FPP and Group reporting tools (e.g. BCS, SAP, etc.) is an added advantage
* Self driven, proactive and problem solving mind set with high personal integrity and credibility
* Previous Internal Control /Audit experience will be an added strength
* Proficiency in written and oral English language
* Knowledge of local language / Asian languages will be an added strength. 举报 分享
