1. MSc or BSEE required
2. Minimum 3 years of industry experience in IC Design
3. Working familiarity of Linux OS, and previous experience with scripting or Tcl/Perl/Java programming
4. Familiar with Mentor Graphics Calibre tools is a must
5. Requires well developed verbal and written communication skills in the English language
6. Strong ability to learn and explore new technologies with good problem solving skills
1. Providing technical support to customers at customer locations and via telephone and other electronic means for the
Calibre Physical Verification
2. Assisting customers in software deployment to solve design challenges
3. Tracking and updating customer issues using defined Mentor Graphics' processes and tracking tools
4. Developing and delivering technical training on new features and product updates
5. Developing technical content for Mentor's knowledgebase
6. Communicating customers' technical requirements as well as customer issues to the product and sales teams
