职位描述：
一．职务：资深销售经理

二．工作地点：深圳/华南

三．资质要求：
1、本科及以上学历，工科背景，机械/力学/机电/化工机械等相关专业；
2、5年以上化工行业或相关行业工作经验，需有相关销售经验；
3、熟悉胶水行业产品市场，了解主流行业技术；
4、具备良好的英语水平、很强的客户沟通能力和商务处理能力
5、吃苦耐劳、思维敏捷、责任心强，具有进取心和团队合作意识；
6、学习能力强，善于解决问题，具有挑战精神；
7、能适应出差，能独立在客户端对客户进行相关的技术支持；

四．岗位描述：
1、根据公司销售战略，负责Panacol产品在相关领域的市场销售；
2、收集行业产品市场和行业需求信息，深入了解客户需求，并能及时准确地反馈给公司；
3、大客户开发和维护现有重点客户关系；
4、在各职能部门的配合下，为客户提供产品技术及商务支持；
5、有效配合及支持相关区域代理商团队；
6、对客户进行相关技术培训，现场解决客户端的技术问题；
7、挖掘市场信息，及时发现新市场并提供调研报告；
8、其他相关的工作；
