职位描述：
In2tec Electronics (Shenzhen) Co., Limited, an air-conditioned subsidiary factory of In2tec Ltd in UK, is located in Guanlan, Shenzhen specializing in quality membrane switch and sophisticated flexible electronic interface manufacturing as well as PCB assembly.

Working time is 8 hours a day and 5 days a week with meal, study and accommodations allowances (except for dormitory room assigned). Pension, medical and labour insurance and remuneration strictly according to the labour ordinances in force or the better is offered.


We are looking for Manufacturing Manager with expectations and requirements as follows:

JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Manager


Role


Reporting to the General Manager and, as an autonomous role, taking responsibilities for

?All manufacturing activities from Engineering to Delivery and as the owner from design validation through pilot run to mass production so as to ensure the efficiency, quality and delivery are in order;

?A broad range of activities encompassing NPI barrier identification and upfront potential problem-solving, manufacturing, scheduling, quality, process engineering to pro-actively ensure that the Design to Manufacture process is both efficient and quality driven;
?Improving the manufacturing services and facilities with significant drive and enthusiasm and a very pro-active approach;

?Definition of metrics that measure production efficiency and facility management action planning;

?Documentation to develop the facility inc costing and timing with pro-active approach;

?Proposals to meet current expectations in the facility and to progress the technology driven mindset;

?Development of the Process controls, e.g. SPC, control plans, etc;

?Projects from design sign off to manufacture;
?Well documented process and management of the machinery;

?Development planning for the production lines and equipment;

?Timely and cost effective action plan commitments - to be delivered regularly through management meeting OR one to ones.
 

Responsibilities

Supporting the Company goal of an effective, efficient and quality-driven manufacturing facility. As part of the Senior Management team, the responsibilities include:

?Management of the production team consisting of manufacturing and support employees and providing guidance, direction, objectives setting , priority support , development and training plans for these employees and the department;

?Resource Planning , Delivery and Quality of manufactured product;

?Over-all management of the Facility and development of such to satisfy the strategic requirements of the UK head office;

?Manufacturing process management with adherence to process, spc, improvement planning, etc;

?Design For Manufacture - analyzing product design and providing build process including test stations and control plans;

?Lead problem solving process in all production stages;

?Liaise with the UK Design facility and manage the design to manufacture relationship;

?Machine set up support and new machine/layout planning for capability development;

?Responsibility for the layout , structure , efficiency , cleanliness of the factory and its external areas.
?Responsibility for the management and maintenance of all services and machinery in the facility, i.e. heating, lighting, electrical, security and signage, etc.

Requirements
?
All-rounder in both electronic engineering and manufacturing;

?University degree in electronic engineering, industrial management or relevant technical degree a must;

?Minimum 8 years of relevant senior management, preferably in foreign-invested electronic manufacturing plant;

?Candidates with working experience in reputable Electronic Manufacturing or EMS companies are advantageous;

?Hands-on experience in production and industrial management, assembly line set up, facilities and equipment maintenance, production performance study and analysis;

?Proficient in ISO 9001 management and lean manufacturing management with minimum green belt accreditation;

?Strong leadership, influencing, time management, change management and project management skills;

?Result-oriented, teamwork, good communication and interpersonal skills;

?Excellent command of Mandarin, spoken and written English;

?Excellent skills with MS Office and ERP system;

?English test at screening interview and second conference interview on Skype with UK senior management will be conducted.
