岗位职责：
1、负责设备日点检，周、月、年保养，解决生产线突发品质、设备异常；
2、负责生产线换线、调机、生产效率（联机平衡，标准工时）提升；
3、负责生产线物料抛料控制，品质控制及基础改善工作；
4、负责生产线作业人员培训工作，完成装料、备料、转线工作；
5、服从管理，配合倒班及加班，完成上司分配的任务。
任职资格：
1、中专、高中以上学历，电子、机械专业优先；
2、二年以上SMT设备维护工作经验，能独立排除设备日常故障
3、熟悉Hitachi G5，I-PULSE M2，MSR/MPAV2B设备的其中一种；
4、诚实守信，具有良好的团队合作精神。
