职位描述：

Division: IT

Location: Beijing

1. Middle size level projects (2-5 million RMB) or sub project manager for big project, cross project or overall Release Management.

2. Requirements evaluation for sales and aftersales business process, IT solution design and leading the solution build up.

3. Manage the whole project lifecycle, including project initial, supplier bidding, project brief, business proposal, system proposal, system design, testing, go live, operation hand over, change request and close down.

4. Cooperate with Business, IT Infrastructure, IT operation team and supplier to ensure the IT solution conforms to IT architecture integration, security concept, legal, and audit governance.

5. Research on the new project management methodology and new IT technology.

Major Responsibilities:

• Communicate with business about requirements, rules and procedures, provide professional consulting to business to ensure better understanding of the system and processes.


• Evaluate and analysis requirements, drive and guide business to raise the reasonable and suitable requirements, manage business's expectation, design and provide suitable and reasonable IT solution options.


• Support business to get approval from internal circle. Lead and manage bidding process, and steer external partners when suppliers on board in BBA.


• Manage, perform and track the project plan, scope, budget, risk and milestones. Define and control all project deliverables for all relevant parities in different project phases.


• Coordinate and perform the activities throughout the project initiation, requirement, design, build, validation, implementation preparation, cutover and exit phases, ensure the solution is delivered with high quality.


• Monitor project status & progress; presenting project progress to stakeholders.


• Work with international teams and set-up positive cooperation culture for project team.


• Support and follow up with company regulation and policies during project implementation.


• Verify and perform the standard plans and procedures, participate in / or lead quality assurance reviews.


• Other tasks assigned by Manager.
  

Qualifications:

• Advanced Degree in Computer Science.


• Experience in Self-dev system project management.


• Experience in complex IT project management in an international environment.


• Knowhow in business processes in related business area.


• Working experience in automobile company is a plus.


• Project Management skills (steering more than 5 people in matrix organization).


• Deep understanding of IT project management methodology. PMP or ITIL certification is a plus.


• Deep understanding of the Self-dev systems project process, change request and release management process.


• Good understanding of business requirement analysis skills and business's expectation management ability.


• Strong presentation skills with the tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project).


• Understanding of End to End IT solution design and build skills.


• Understanding and experience on Agile or DevOps is a plus.


• Broad basis of technical qualifications (Java, .Net, Android, IOS, WeChat, Oracle DB, Cloud, SharePoint).


• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.


• Ability to research on the new technical trend and new project management methodology. Outstanding communication skills and fluency in English.
