ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Accountable for providing excellent service to customers

-Follow up accurate documents, on-time delivery of orders received by email, fax

-Communicate effectively between customers and suppliers

-Responsible for order entry with efficient documentation work

-Manage timely resolution of customer complaints and claims

-Monitor open orders and remind customer about delivery schedule

-Work closely with suppliers to ensure on time deliveries to customer

SCOPE:

Work under normal supervision. Position requires the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and with thorough follow-up. Decision made have an impact on the profitability of the company. Handle confidential and sensitive information.

SKILLS/ABILITY OF POSITION

-Four-year College or University degree and above

-Two-year working experience as a customer services representative, order processing

-Service oriented personality – strong interpersonal skills, highly professional, courteous, friendly, and calm in stressful situations

-Independent decision-making skills.

-Well organized, ability to prioritize/set goals, maintain focus and follow-through

-Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is required, Cantonese is advanced)

-Team Player, Mature, disciplinal, active, self-motivated

-Working knowledge of international business, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

-Loyal to the company’s direction and interest

The contract period is one year.
