- 优化公司供应链运作体系,制定切实可行的供应计划、仓储、物流等工作流程,落地执行并持续改进;
- 销售渠道需求预测分析,制定季度/月度/周度需求计划,并与采购、销售、市场等相关部门通力协作,跟进产品供应及订单情况,及时作出调整及优化,确保产品供应体系高效运转;
- 建立合理有序的库存计划管理体系,提升库存周转率,降低仓储成本;定期处理各品类滞销产品的,推动改进库存管理;
-支持销售及相关市场活动,有效控制与分析仓储物流成本,确保各产品供应计划及时完成。
任职资格

- 8年以上供应链工作经验,熟悉生产制造/零售/电商供应链管理运作流程,能够对生产、计划、仓储、物流等方面资源进行有效规划、整合及优化,有进出口供应链管理经验者佳;
- 有较强的成本管控意识及数据分析能力;
- 有较强的组织、计划、控制、协调能力以及沟通谈判能力;
- 良好的品牌意识,有市场供应敏感性及快速反应能力;
- 有开放的心态、好奇心及较强的自我驱动力,渴望持续成长;
- 熟悉ERP系统,熟练使用office办公软件。
Responsibilities
- Responsible for order, logistics, warehouse and inventory management.
- Responsible for sales/demand analysis & forecasting, order management and inventory controlling.
- To analyze trends, manage & respond appropriately to inventory levels quickly using planning and forecasting tools.
- To produce relevant KPI and variance reports to highlight shortfalls & discrepancies so to improve in all areas of KPI achievement, risks management, lead time control, inventory control, etc.
- To work with the IT Dept, Marketing Dept., Sales Team, Merchandising Team and other internal departments to ensure efficient product supply.
- Responsible for the development, implementation, review and adjustment of the Supply Chain Optimization, including inventory optimization, lead time reduction and fast to market etc.
- To review evaluation, plan and design to optimize supply chain master data.
- Provide supply chain data analysis and performance reporting for supply chain management decisions and improvement actions.
- Perform supply chain diagnostics/costing, benchmarking analysis and optimization propositions based on standardized supply chain performance metrics.
- Responsible for PSI (Purchase, Sales, and Inventory) related report generation, preparing regular report for inventory planning reviews.
Qualifications
- Have passion for life, care about the environment.
- Minimum 8 years of supply chain management experience.
- Solid understanding of supply chain management and logistic concepts in order to guide the business to best practices implementation.
- Hands on experience in sales forecast, merchandising management, order management, logistics, warehouse management, inventory control, preferable with exposure in demand and supply planning.
- Strong analytical skills, with proven track record in managing high volume data and database processing skills.
- Strong knowledge and practices in ERP system, proven skills in PowerPoint and excel.
- Strong business acumen and financial sense, strong communication and quantitative skills, detail-oriented, proactive and able to perform multi-task.
