职位描述：
? Responsible for new vendor assessment and counselling
? Incoming material quality status statistical analysis and follow up
? Process abnormal material analysis, finding root cause and solving
? Monitoring supplier product realization process and make sure all processes are inspected and documented according to the approved procedure and Quality Inspection plan
? Collect Supplier Quality Records which are required to maintain for each SKU#, maintain records properly for each batch
? Handling customer complaint about material issue. Training and tutor the vendor at the same time
? Skilled in 8D report
? Verify and control the supplier’s process changes and raw material, packaging change
? Supplier audit and regular review, hold quality review meeting regularly
? Execute in-line inspection with QE/PE
? Defines and develops the inspection processes via inspection aids and instruction guidelines.
? Provides support for NPI activities by participation in the AQP process as required
? Verify and control the supplier’s process changes and raw material
? Deal with production and material problems with supplier, problem cause analysis and provide problem solution and improvement approach
? Monitor and resolve quality checks and tests in the production
? Report on engineering activities regularly to the Management team, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of the relevant Key Performance Indicators

QUALIFICATIONS:
? 5 plus years of experience of household electrical appliances, audio-video products, cable and gas range/gas oven working to be preferred.
? 3 plus years as a SQE, factory QE/PE;
? Strong personality, target-oriented management style and strong pressure relief capability
? Good knowledge and practice of quality tools, 5W2H,PFMEA,PDCA,SPC,6 sigma etc
? Rich experience on supplier QSA and QPA audit
? Skilled in production/process improvement for AV, household electrical appliances
? Strong problem solving skills and good logical thinking skills
? Good communication and team work with the result-oriented
