DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Description

* Manage and effectively leverage regional and global logistics resources and workforce commercial term to support FBG China businesses.
* Ensure the FBG trucker or 3PL is performing with meeting FBG required KPI and agreed cost. Manage Asia EX/IM Customs across three regions following GTC process and compliance Manage logistics suppliers follow routing guide, review track on ePFA Reverse RMA logistics Serve as escalate point to customer and execute recovery plan for all delivery issues Be customer interface in the event of audit process for in-transit goods Import via BaaN virtual hub WMS (warehouse mgmt. sys) and Baan system.
* Ensure system transaction and reporting integrity are highly maintained via timely and error free data entry/transaction by all parties Continue to update Logistics processes for improvement needs or meeting customer requirement.
* Eyeball each project’s Customer OTD as key KPI, monitoring performance towards this KPI and driving continued process improvements
* Conduct training in WMS operations, inbound, outbound handling and regular workshop with LSP and/or suppliers for continued service improvements
* Continue to enhance the knowledge and ensure full compliance of regional and international local and international trade compliance regulations and practices
* To engage in all customer requirements discussion, new implementation or planned upgrade
