【岗位职责】
? 编制公司年度税收预算，监督税收预算的执行情况;
? 负责办理税务办理及登记工作、建立纳税辅助账簿和年度纳税档案、税务筹划以及相关的税务培训；
? 负责提交且确保所有对外报送的纳税资料和文件；
? 提供公司内部税务咨询：研究各类税务问题，为公司业务运营提供税务咨询;
? 针对公司经营业务，提出相应的税收建议;
? 保持内外部沟通； 与主管税务局、财务局和税务顾问保持密切的工作联系，统筹各项税务关系;
? 编制税务制度，合理制定公司的税务计划和税务策略。

【任职资格】
? 财务、会计、金融、税收、工商管理等专业本科以上学历；
? 持相关专业证书有注册税务师资格证；
? 5年以上财务工作经验，至少2年以上税务工作经验；
? 具有团队精神，学习能力强，沟通能力强；
? 有较好的英语读写及交流能力者优先录用。

Job Title: Accountant-Tax&Bank
Department: Finance
Report to: Finance manager
【Responsibilities】
This role will be the Tax Manager and covering global tax affairs in providing solutions and advices on the business and operations about tax issues
? Assist in devising tax plans and tax efficient structures / tools to meet business plan, ensure tax and regulatory compliance, and manage tax and transaction risks.
? Declare VAT, CIT, and BT on time to ensure declaration procedures are compliant with the related tax rules and company policies;
? Timely perform monthly export VAT refund and follow up export document collection;
? Properly calculate other taxes for validation and declaration on time;
? Assist and partner with local tax representative from multiple countries to work on transfer pricing policies and other internal transfer pricing issues.
? Follow up and control outstanding tax issues and give quick response to company
? Provide support on technical update on new tax regulations and local policies for the business.
? Responsible for bank financing business, management, document preparation, transfer;
? To support CFO preparing financial loan documents and follow up the bank loan status.
? To manage the cash flow
? Other task or duties assigned by management.
【Qualifications】
? Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting or taxing;
? Recognized professional qualification or degree in accounting with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting or taxation;
? With tax accountant qualification;
? Excellent communication and presentation skills;
? Good interpersonal skills, problem solving oriented mind set;
? Proficiency in English languages are prefer, fluent in English speaking, writing and reading. 举报 分享
