职位描述：
该岗位为短期合同，合同期一年
工作地点：中山市石岐区

1. 负责提单录入，确认及签发。
2. 负责跟进处理主要航线的客户订舱业务及舱位管理
3. 负责与海外办公室紧密联系，确保向客户提供优质的服务
4. 耐心解答客户的疑问，通过跨部门沟通协调，确保为客户提供优质的解决方案
5. 负责处理日常系统数据，并按时提交所需报告

岗位要求：
1. 大专或以上学历
2. 具有良好的服务意识及沟通协调能力
3. 积极主动，有耐心及责任心，具有较强的团队协作精神，能灵活独立处理问题
3. 熟悉日常办公软件操作，英文书写流畅，能进行日常口语沟通
4. 物流/运输专业或具相关工作经验优先
5. 欢迎应届毕业生

Job Description:
1. To handle the Bills process and deal with the Bills releasing;
2. To complete other documents related OBLs issue;
3. To handle customer inquiry, booking process, space management in major ocean going Trade;
4. Perform close contact with overseas office for daily operation ensuring delivery of quality service;
5. Coordinate with cross departments to deliver best solution to customer;
6. To work with the data in system and complete the required reports timely.

Requirement:
1. College graduate or above, major in Logistics, International Shipping is preferred;
2. Customer oriented, proactive and good problem solving skills;
3. Self-motivated, open-minded, able to handle multi-tasks, work independently under pressure and overtime;
4. Good communication skill and strong team spirit;
5. Fluent in written English (at least CET 4), Cantonese, Mandarin;
6. Basic operation of MS Office (Excel, word, etc.);
