职位描述：
Job Objective：
1. Ensure all new products are designed with the highest level and ready for manu-facturing, assembly, testing, cost calculations, etc.(=Industrialisation).
2. Control product/process related costs on New Product Introduction(NPI) pro-jects:
a) Control cost analysis of designed parts and advise on possible cost reduc-tions.
b) To work with purchasing and suppliers to analyse and reduce costs.
3. Represent Production Facilities to Engineering and, Engineering to Production Facilities during each NPI life cycle-i.e.:
a) Represent Manufacturing on NPI project teams.
b) Represent Engineering when liaising with Manufacturing.
4. Ensure manufacturing input is presented to Engineering and the project team(s) early in the NPI life cycle.
5. Control all NPI builds with the manufacturing facilities (prototype and volume production):
5.1 Ensure all build data(BoMs, Assembly Instructions, etc.) is supplied in ad-vance.
5.2 Coordinating manufacturing build reviews and publishing feedback to Engi-neering and the project team.
5.3 Providing technical build support to production facilities-generally on site.
6. Analyse and optimize current production process in order to minimize risks, costs, and wastage, improve productivity and quality.
7. Liaise with other members of the Engineering Team(s) to keep the development of unique parts to a minimum and focus on the standardisation /rationalisation of parts where possible.
8. Coordinate and plan the Prototyping of New Products arriving to UGC.
9. Overall Project work for New Products until the Series Production start.
10. Generate optimization proposals for all Product lines of UGC.

Job Description：
1. Generate concepts for Quality assurance of Prototypes build in UGC.
2. Generate assembly proposals and check fixtures for prototype and pre-series assembly including getting quotations for them through Purchasedepartment.
3. Generate assembly instruction during Prototyping and Pre-series phase for all new products to be built in UGC.
4. Provide schedules for Prototyping of new products in UGC.
5. Coordinate Production, Assembly, SCM and Product Engineering according to Prototyping and Pre-series phase of a product.
6. Project Management for new machines until the product starts the Series pro-duction in UGC.
7. Initiate optimization proposals
8. Examine assembly process feasibility.

Skills：
1. Good English both written and oral.
2. Familiar with office software.
3. Good organization skills and good communication skills.
4. Good know-how for planning and assembly processes.
5. Good intercultural skills.

Competency:
1. Bachelor degree or above, of engineering is a plus, but not condition.
2. 3+ years related working experience.
3. Expertise of work in multicultural environment.
4. Willing to travel.
5. Solution-orientated personality.
6. Must be able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
