职位描述：
海运客服/操作职责：
1、接收客户订舱及咨询，解答客户有关疑问及需求。
2、根据客户的订舱提供相应的船期信息到国外确认。
3、合理安排舱位/放舱及提供相应的运价给文件做费用单。
4、根据客户/业务要求,协调客服、操作、文件作相应安排。
5、与客户/业务保持良好沟通，建立互信互动关系，加强商业联系。
6、提供货量预报，与运价部紧密合作，以获取好的价格和利润。
7、协调处理各类客户投诉，特别是重大的操作失误，处理结果要有回复，杜绝同样的错误再次发生。
8、完成公司和上级领导安排的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，普通话良好，英文水平4级或以上，能读、写英文邮件。
2、身体健康，诚实守信，吃苦耐劳，工作细心，服务意识强，适应能力强, 能服从工作分配。
3、具备一定的计算能力和较强的表达、沟通协调能力，学习能力强。
4、有物流相关工作经验优先，或曾就读物流相关专业。
5、熟悉Excel、Word等办公软件。
