职位描述：

Position Name: Manager Project Management / 项目实施经理

Division: Sales Channel Development

Location: Beijing

Key Responsibility:

• Steer and enable the new dealer project for the realistic project plan and timely follow up upon the BMW standard quality level


• Implement the existing dealer outlets renovation/ extension/ replacement, also M business/ OCU business and so on upon authorization and hand-over


• Cooperate with the dealer, collaborative work with internal process partners, such as building advisor, aftersales care-taker etc., and supervision of dealer activities during project implementation


• Take lead on activities between the various departments within BMW


• Strict project management and early escalation to higher management level in case of any project delay


• Support and lead through the project in cooperation with the dealer and related internal departments


• Other tasks assigned by line manager

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree major in business management, project management related.


• 4 to 6 years’ Sound experience in sales channel development and dealer related business.


• Target oriented and persistent.


• Problem solving abilities and identify potential risks and propose for solutions.


• Excellent analytical, planning and organizing skills.


• Ability to inspire confidence, respect and trust.


• Working under time pressure, and can travel frequently.


• Able to work in an international working environment.


• An excellent command of English is an absolute must.
