职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop, maintain and improve the maintenance operating system to achieve effective monitoring and control of planned maintenance services with the aim to improve business operations;
2. Manage and supervise the daily maintenance system operating functionality, including maintenance planning, report management and vendor management, and work flow design to achieve an optimum maintenance management environment;
3. Identify and implement maintenance management improvement projects by conducting regular system audits and studies to optimize workflow;
4. Run ad-hoc reports on maintenance activities on as-need basis;
5. Plan and monitor the optimization of maintenance activities. Review maintenance data to detect, explain abnormalities；
6. Assist in preparing maintenance budget, monitor and control expenditure of respective section;
7. Compile, review and update the maintenance system manual to standardize the practices for operating, maintaining and sustaining data integrity;
8. Coordinating with facilities operation team to plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure that facilities are engineered to the highest reliable and compliant standards;
9. Champion best practices of asset management to facility operation team.


Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline;
2. At least 5 years relevant experience in maintenance management of major FM operation. Practical experience in deploying, maintaining and operating maintenance planning is required;
3. Good understanding of various aspects of technical maintenance management including inventory, work orders and reporting;
4. An in-depth knowledge of building services engineering or/and facilities management practices;
5. Strong technical, interpersonal and customer service skills;
6. Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills with positive attitude for handling projects / tasks assigned;
7. Good English writing and reading skill, and basic oral communication skills.
