职位描述：
1.负责Android平台驱动开发和移植；

2.负责Android HAL底层开发和问题解决；

3.负责Android平台开发过程中的性能优化和疑难问题解决。

岗位要求：

1.通信、电子、计算机及相关专业本科学历；

2.具备扎实的C语言基础，熟悉基本的数据结构及算法；

3.熟悉Android开发环境，有Linux/Android平台开发经验，具备Android/Linux 2年以上开发经验；

4.掌握Android系统下Linux内核裁减、内核移植、交叉编译、内核调试、驱动调试；

5.能独立完成Android系统下LCD、Camera、USB、TP、audio、UART、I2C、SPI、SD/MMC、WiFi、Sensor等模块驱动开发和移植；

6.熟悉基本的仪器，万用表、示波器等；

7.熟悉嵌入式软件架构,有全志平台的HAL底层开发经验优先；

8.善于与人沟通，具有良好的团队合作精神和高度的责任感，能够承受压力。
