职位描述：
工作范围：
1、负责腾讯员工的人才引进及其落户操作；
2、负责人才引进相关部门的日常沟通及联络；
3、负责政策落实及事务咨询、答疑服务，及时回应员工疑义并予解决；
4、定期整理并向主管提供相关业务的详细办理情况及进度；
5、完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
岗位要求；
1）具备2年以上中大型公司工作经验，熟悉人才引进相关政府部门办事流程；
2）全日制大专及以上学历，人力资源相关专业优先，具备一年以上人事相关工作经验；
3）熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件；
4）工作积极主动，责任心强，认真细致；
5）具有较好的沟通能力，有亲和力和团队意识；
