Job Title - Photographer & New Media Assistant / 摄影新媒体助理
Department - e-Commerce – Marketing / 电子商务-市场部 Line Manager -
Digital Asset Supervisor / 数字资产主管

Overall Purpose of the role -
To develop and produce professional, creative, clear and persuasive product & lifestyle images.

Key Accountabilities – 关键职责
? Produce market leading product imagery, aimed at consumer and trade target audience – Highlighting key product features
制作出市场领先的产品形象，针对消费者和目标受众客户-突出关键产品特性
? Skilled in studio lighting set up, create compelling imagery that displays the product at its best
对工作室灯光设置操作熟练，并创造出引人注目的产品形象，能很好的将产品***状态展现给客户。
? Carry out composite/retouching work, editing and pathing all own images
具有进行力图片合成、修饰和编辑能力，并能规划所有图像的路径
? Work with factories/suppliers to source products for photography.
与工厂/供应商合作以获取摄影产品
? Maintain a safe, clean and operationally organised studio at all times

? Resourceful and able to work within budget and deadlines

Qualifications, skills and experience required – 资格技能要求
? Educated to degree level or equivalent in a related discipline OR 2 years’ experience in a role responsible for visual media, imaging production, commercial photography and multimedia production
网络或美工本科学历以上， 2年以上在视觉媒体、影像制作、商业摄影和多媒体制作方面的工作经验。
? Talented at Photography, Visual Imaging & Image Asset Editing
擅长摄影，视觉成像和图像资产编辑
? Experienced videographer and basic graphic design capabilities, at least 2 years

? Experience with asset management and content management systems

? Hardware
PC running XP and Mac OS X

? Software
Photoshop; Flash
Advantage (not essential)- Final Cut, CMS, In-Design
