职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.维护速卖通网店的销售及账号的稳定;
2.有责任心，能承受较大的工作压力;
3.回复客户咨询,跟进客户订单,解决客户投诉问题,处理负分等;
4.对客户定单整理入单给发货部发货;
5.在速卖通平台及时回复客户邮件,提供售前咨询,处理客户投诉及中差评，对客户的退换货及退款进行妥善处理
6.熟悉速卖通的各项政策，完善店铺各自政策与制度，保持店铺的好评率和良好的信用度；制作销售明细报表，进行销售分析；


任职要求：
1、大专或本科以上学历，英语四级及以上，熟悉ebay、速卖通，亚马逊平台规则优先；
2、做人诚实守信，做事脚踏实地，能吃苦耐劳，能承受一定的工作压力；
3、有志于电子商务外贸行业，有极大兴趣和热情；
4、能够熟练使用计算机Office软件、Photoshop等作图软件，具备美工专业优势者优先；
5、谦虚好学，努力上进，工作细心，沟通表达能力强；
6、有团队精神，有服务意识，性格开朗，思维灵活，心态好，有上进心，工作踏实，认真和负责；

工作时间： 9：00到 18：30.中午一个半小时用餐时间。 每天工作8小时，大小周休假。国家法定节假日正常休息。
薪酬待遇：
1， 基本工资+提成+社保+年终奖金
2， 试用期为2个月 ，有相关经验者可以提前转正；
3， 公司为正式员工购买社保
