Our company:
We are an international logistic & sourcing company based in Yiwu, whose headquarters are located in South China, (Shenzhen and Guangzhou) also with office in Shanghai. Being mainly focused on European, African and Middle East / Red Sea markets, we offer door-to-door solution with:
- sea freight/air freight,
- trucking,
- warehousing,
- customs clearance.
In addition, we offer sourcing service to our customers, including translation and visits of the markets.


Due to the fast growth of our company and expansion of our activity, we are currently looking for CHINESE people, responsible for logistics operations to work in our branch offices.


Mission:
- To ensure timely SEA/AIR Freight bookings, transportation, Customs Clearance and Documentation solutions are provided in a proactive fashion.
- Coordinate with Carriers for timely release of Booking & Delivery Orders
- Supervise service providers i.e. customs broker and transporter and document their performance.
- Ensure prompt invoicing and collection of charges within agreed period.
- Ensure timely receipt and booking of supplier's invoices.
- Ensure service levels are maintained of highest levels by these service providers
- Provide daily operation report, weekly activity results and monthly revenue statements to immediate Manager
- To establish and build long term client relationships.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Day-to-day handling of import and export shipments, ad-hoc or project related
- Management of local customs clearance procedures
- Coordination of client-specific local handling and documentation
- Preparing/obtaining required shipping documentation
- Inputting data onto company information/ tracking systems
- Daily, weekly reporting as required
- Monitoring the performance of service providers, contributing to improvement of service provider network


Requirements:
- Company committed, goal oriented
- 1 year previous relevant experience in logistics operations appreciated.
- Good Chinese and English skills both written and spoken
- Basic computer skills (excel, word, outlook)
