职位描述：
英语教材咨询部编写员Writer/Consultant, ELT

说明：本职位只面向英语为母语的求职者。This position is open to native English speakers only.

Responsibilities:
-To provide consultation services on both the language and content of English language learning and teaching materials, in print or electronic form, stand alone or as a package, for the target market.
-To rewrite or write new materials to the highest possible standards as required by the target market.
-To identify and brief authors, and supervise subordinates to ensure the published material is in line with the editorial policy and publishing plans of the Press.

Requirements:
-Native English speaker
-A Bachelor’s degree or above in ELT-related discipline
-Minimum two years’ ELT-related work experience
-High level of literacy in written and spoken English
-Meticulous eye for detail and nuance of language
-Good presentation and public speaking skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, adaptability, flexibility
-Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
-Good analytical skills
-Ability to work under pressure
-Competitiveness, with a winning attitude
