职位描述：
工作职责：
1.、协助总经理制定公司营销发展战略计划及各阶段工作目标分解，跟踪公司经营目标达成情况，提供分析意见及改进建议；
2、 协助总经理进行大客户的跟踪工作，能够出色完成总经理交办的客户营销方案；
3、负责协助总经理日常工作事务安排，并做好日常时间管理，能灵活地处理和协调同客户之间的关系；
4、负责总经理对外接待和服务工作；
5、负责总经理出差前后的具体事务安排以及项目整理等工作；
6、整理公司重要会议记录及会议纪要，负责总经理室文件、资料、信函的传达、整理和收发；
7、负责相关项目小组的保障支持和服务，相关资料整理、日程协调及相关项目支持工作。
职位要求：
1、管理类专业毕业，大学本科以上学历；
2、五官端正，亲和力强，性格活泼、开朗，善于沟通协调；
3、要求有两年以上行政或商务文秘工作经验，文字编写功底扎实；
4、熟悉office办公软件的使用及日常办公设备的使用；
5、具有良好的逻辑思维能力及商务礼仪素质；
6、具有团队合作精神和服务意识；
