1、合理协助总经理每天的日程安排及每天的工作计划,并及时提醒；
2、根据总经理及总经办的指示起草各种文件,并且及时向各部门传达总经理的各项指示,跟踪落实总经理布置的工作；
3、负责总经办各类会议通知、会议准备、会议记录等工作；
4、负责总经办文件立卷归档；
5、总经理宾客接待工作；
6、随时接受领导的各种指示,完成领导交待的各项任务.
任职要求：
1、一类本科文秘、行政管理、工商管理毕业；
2、一年以上本职位工作经验；
3、良好的文字功底，尤其擅长公文写作；
