Technical Job Responsibility:
1. Ensure customer satisfaction in various projects.
2. Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
3. Maintain and improve customer relationship & satisfaction.
4. Represent our business and culture in a self confident and conclusive manner.
5. To find the best strategic way to approach key prospects.
6. Acquire and attend client appointments
7. Guide the team to make action plan in order to achieve the company target
8. Supervising the Performance of the engineers in the team, recruiting, inducting, coaching, and managing the engineers
9. Project and Employee assignment planning and follow up
10. Be reactive and provide action plan in case of complaint from the client.
11. Manage all control and rework for automotive suppliers in CQ
12. Manage critical quality problem at OEMs, lead team to set up on-line support at OEMs
13. Manage and coordinate international project within group
14. Assist customer to draft control plan and implement for PPAP parts
15. For supplier`s critical quality problem, help and supervise root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action and verification of effectiveness
16. Manage customer service project for OEMs and tire 1 supplier.
17. Audit and evaluate supplier process quality capability for new project and corrective action follow up
18. 8D report and follow up.
19. Support top management to define the sales strategy and follow up the implementation.
20. Finish other responsibility assigned by supervisor.
Personal Job Skills required
1. Bachelor degree and above in engineering is required.
2. More than 5 years working experience in automotive industry, and good knowledge on quality control with at least 1 years management experience.
3. Familiar with ISO/TS16949, VDA 6.3
4. Good written and verbal English skill.
5. Lead team (engineers, supervisors and inspectors), flexible manpower arrangement based on project situation.
6. Daily projects overview.
7. Customer complains management.
8. Strong communication skill.
9. Experienced skill on Excel, PowerPoint report.
