职位描述：
As the China Supply Chain & Operations Head, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You plan requirements with internal customers through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.

You will act as a direct lead of the regional Product Operations team and act as a local leader for other regional cross-functional teams representing Sourcing and Procurement, Fulfillment and Logistics, and other central functions.
Your team will help to introduce several new products, as well as run sustaining operations, focused on supply availability, manufacturing process and operations and quality. You'll drive collaboration and alignment across multiple functional stakeholders, and will drive resolution of operational issues.

Responsibilities
? Build and manage a Product Operations team that action new product introductions and sustaining revenue operations. Own and drive local execution to support quality, supply availability and related cost goals.
? Focus on Program Management, Materials, System Technical Operations and Product Quality. Act as regional point of contact to support global cross-functional partners.
? Lead weekly regional operations meetings and communications to ensure alignment in approach on key projects and effective global to regional communication.
? Ensure company culture and values are consistently applied across the regional team. Organize team building, cross-functional collaboration and career development events.
? Act as key stakeholder in developing and driving longer term organizational and supply chain strategic initiatives. Drive recruitment, development and retention of talent within the extended regional team.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
? MA/MS degree or equivalent practical experience with focus on Global Operations and Supply Chain.
? 10 years of industry experience, managing Asia based global operations.
? Experience in building, leading, and managing operations teams across a number of manufacturing and supply chain disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications
? 10 years of experience supporting Product Development and/or Revenue Operations associated with consumer electronic manufacturing.
? Experience in in supplier consulting, operations management and executive engagement.
? Experience in managing global programs with cross-functional scope.
? Excellent communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and to adjust project priorities.
? Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently and idiomatically. 举报 分享
