职位描述：
Candidate Responsibilities:

actively engage as an Audio Acoustic expert with our customers during the design-in phase.
support integration of the smart amplifier into mobile devices with the strong focus on improving the overall audio acoustic performance;
perform audio hardware integration and propose algorithm tuning to satisfy the acoustic requirements and overall audio playback performance;
perform objective acoustic measurements according to industry standards and subjective (listening tests) experiments.
analyze issues with the loudspeaker enclosure and interact with speaker suppliers and provide suggesting for improvements.

Candidate Profile:

hold a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Electronics, Physics, Digital Signal Processing or computer science.
strong system knowledge and hands-on experience of digital audio signal processing (equalization, filtering, noise and echo cancelation).
Familiar with audio circuits design, Familiar with modules inside mobile device like application processor, audio codecs and amplifiers.
Experience on uplink and downlink audio signal process tuning;
understanding on the loudspeaker characteristics (frequency response, sensitivity, power handling, offset, distortion, Rub & Buzz etc.).
understand circuit principle (DC/DC, PWM)
have a customer oriented attitude. You are willing to listen and open to new ideas. You are creative, pro-active and quality-oriented.
have good communication skills. can interact smoothly and appropriately with customer and sales and account team. You are fluent in English.
