职位描述：
执行行政岗位相关规定和要求，代表和维护公司形象；According to company’s policy and requirement to this position, make a good image of the company
1、负责接待来访人员，接听电话并转接；Greeting for all the visitors, receiving all the coming calls and make related transfer
2、负责各类快递、报纸杂志、信函、传真等收发；Receiving all express, newspaper, letter and fax, etc.
3、负责文档的打印、扫描、收发、登记等工作；In charge of printing, scanning, receiving and registration for all kinds of files
4、负责会议室的预定、投影仪的借用等工作；In charge of the booking for meeting room and the maintains for projector
5、负责行政部负责的所有物品的采购、领用、登记与盘点；In charge of all the procurement for Admin, as well as staff’s application, registration and summary
6、负责每月考勤制作，做好员工外出登记管理；In charge of monthly attendance record calculation and summary, make record for staff’s registration for work outside
7、负责办公室环境、绿化、人员进出安全管理等工作; In charge of office environment, green plant and staff’s in and out which related with safety 举报 分享
