职位描述：

For our Healthcare Division in SHENZHEN,we are looking for a SSMR(MR-SCM)RF Process Engineer/射频工艺工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

-Technological support for the RF production, process monitor according to our quality system and product introduction plans.

-为RF生产提供技术支持，基于质量体系和项目计划完成工艺监控

-Steering, controlling and coaching the definition, development and implementation of RF production process

-生产工艺的开发和引入，以及对RF产品工艺过程的指导和控制

-Transferring design from PLM to production (New project and change request)

-研发至生产的设计转移（针对新项目或者设计更改）

- Be responsible for troubleshooting during production and improving quality of product

-负责解决生产技术问题，提高产品质量

-Be responsible for production process optimization and productivity improvement

-持续优化生产工艺，提高生产效率

-Developing and maintaining production documentation (DMR、Master plan、FMEA etc.)

-开发及维护生产文件（包括产品制造性文档、工艺过程规划、失效模式和影响分析等）

-Analysis the return reason of return parts and take action to reduce the return rate of RF products

-分析返修产品的退回原因,执行措施降低RF产品的返修率

-Developing tooling、equipment and new technology including documentation and validation.

-设计工装夹具，引入生产设备以及新技术，并进行验证和完成相应的文件工作

What do I need to qualify for this job?

For Master：

-Master degree, majored in RF, Electrical Engineering or mechatronic.

-射频,电子电气工程或机电一体化专业，硕士学历

-Has practice in Electronic factory will be better. Have some software(Office，Microsoft Access etc )knowledge are preferred

-最好有在电子厂实习的经验，有一定的软件知识(Office，Microsoft Access etc)基础

-Fast learner and good communication skill

-有良好的学习和沟通能力

-Good English in both speaking and writing

-良好的英语书写能力和口语能力

For Bachelor：

-Bachelor degree, majored in RF, Electrical Engineering or mechatronic.

-射频,电子电气工程或机电一体化专业，本科以上学历

-Has at least 2 year experience product process in Electronic factory. Have some software(Office，Microsoft Access etc )knowledge are preferred

-至少2年以上电子产品工厂生产工艺经验，有一定的软件知识(Office，Microsoft Access etc)基础

-Fast learner and good communication skill

-有良好的学习和沟通能力

-Good English in both speaking and writing

-良好的英语书写能力和口语能力
