职位描述：
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES:
? Make sure that new products will complete and pass the inspection and the certification process
? Define safety, performance and reliability test standards for company products
? Ensure that the testing quality of all products meets the relevant directives, regulatory framework and testing standard
? Take the lead to obtain product certificates for the products assigned
? Monitor the sample testing of all assigned products and conduct tailor-made performance test
? Liaise with 3rd party laboratories, arrange quotations for safety, performance and reliability test and set up testing contract with them
? Monitor the schedule and review result of safety, performance and reliability test
? Monitor and guide suppliers to complete regulatory tests in compliance to international standards with 3rd party laboratories
? Take the lead to conduct testing for those RMA items
? Review and conduct defect analysis as reported from customers
? Review regulatory test certificates, reports and maintain database
? Monitor the team members to comply with the required standards by which documents are created and maintained
? keep abreast of updated testing standards, regulations, techniques from the external accreditation bodies, provide internal training to teammates and professional advice to internal departments on the relevant testing enquiries
? Oversee the daily operations of the department
? Undertake other tasks assigned by Line Manager

REQUIREMENTS:
? Educated to degree level in Mechanical Engineering/ Electronic Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/ Quality Assurance or relevant disciplines
? At least 8 years of experience in product testing, experience in testing, handling audio visual, home appliances and power system products preferably
? At least 3 years of experience in managing team members and overseeing the daily operations of Testing Department
? Willingness to stay in Dongguan 5 days per week is a must (Staff dormitory will be provided)
? Strong knowledge on GB, EMI/EMC, IEC, UL, and industry standards of our product categories
? Strong experience in product approval testing for home appliances/ audio visual /power system products
? Solid product knowledge for home appliances/ audio visual /power system products
? Good knowledge on Six Sigma (FMEA, SPC, MSE, COV, DOE, etc.)
? Ability to work effectively in a team and dynamic environment
? Excellent leadership, project management and problem-solving skills
? Excellent communication skills with good command in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
? Pro-active, hunger for success, organized and self-motivated
? Computer literacy in Microsoft Office 举报 分享
