职位描述：
Work Responsibilities:

Customer Service/ Satisfaction
- Provide product training, sales skill training and marketing activity training to GMC club members regularly
      定期给卡慕皇冠会员客户产品知识培训、销售技巧培训及市场活动培训
- Visit GMC club members regularly and collect sales data and feedback from the store and end-consumers
      定期拜访卡慕皇冠会员并收集相关的销售数据及酒行、终端客户对卡慕产品的反馈
- Support GMC club members to hold marketing event
      配合卡慕皇冠会员客户不定期的举办各类市场活动
- Monitor GMC club members’ sales execution to achieve contract targets
      监督卡慕皇冠会员销售政策执行与落实以达成年度合同销售指标
- Prospect to new contract within current client portfolio to widen the service scope and coverage so as to grow the client base
     在现有产品组合和客户群基础上，延展客户服务范围及覆盖面，开发新客户
- Build good customers relationship with GMC club members and assure high level of customer satisfaction
      与卡慕皇冠会员建立良好的客情关系，确保客户有较高服务满意度

New GMC Club Member Development
- Develop strong business acumen to effectively develop & sign up new GMC club members
      培养生意敏锐度，有效开发拓展卡慕皇冠会员

Reporting
- Provide work-in-process report and data analysis report according to the sales and maretking data collected from market/ client
      根据收集的销售及市场数据提交工作进度报告并做出数据分析
- Collect sales data and feedback from market, provide market environment updates, competitor’s information and propose marketing plan to the Senior Brand Manager
      收集相关销售数据和客户反馈，提供市场环境情况报告，竞品动向，并依此定期提交市场方案提议

Others
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager
      直线经理分配的其他任务
- Support other Retail Marketing Executive when needed
      帮助其他零售市场主任

Requirements:

Education
- College degree or above
      大专学历以上

Work Experience
- 3~5 years equivalent working experience
      3~5年相关岗位工作经验
- FMCG or Liquor industry backgroud is highly welcomed
      快消或酒行业优先考虑

Skills
- Fluent in written English and spoken Mandarin
      英文书写流畅，普通话流利
- Can do public speaking and deliver simple training/orientation
      有公众演说能力，能做简单培训
- A passion for sales and client servicing, good team work spirit
      对销售及客户服务工作有热情，良好的团队精神
- Detail oriented, able to drive results and highly committed to work
      做事谨慎，结果导向，工作认真负责
- Self-organized, work with limited supervision
      工作独立自主
- Willing to travel
