职位描述：
外贸经理是上级领导同业务员沟通的桥梁，在从事企业对外贸易的过程中，服从上级部门的外贸战略安排，策划具体的国外业务方案，执行并监督完成企业的国际业务。
1、带领外贸部积极开拓国际市场，联系国外客户，寻求订单，并领导商务谈判与签订合同。
2、负责外贸定单的洽谈、签约、单证审核、定单管理、运输、报关、收汇等。
3、负责对外贸定单的评估、跟踪、管理和风险控制。
4、负责外贸业务流程管理和风险控制。
5、负责所接定单的生产和货源，货物检验、商检报关等过程的跟踪，及时处理各环节出现的问题。
6、负责客户资料的整理，做好客户要求的及时反馈和处理。
7、负责合同履行过程中紧急意外情况的妥善处理。
8、负责下属业务员的培养和指导。
9、完成公司总经理临时交办的工作。

Requirements 职位基本要求
1.Bachelor Degree (Major in International Business, Marketing, English preferred)
2.1-2 Years work experience (Trading, Manufacturing preferred). Fresh Graduate will be considered for Sales Assistant position.
3.Positive with excellent inter-personal and communication skills, detail-oriented, energetic and willing to take challenges and to travel aboard.
4.English fluent (listen, oral and written). Additional language is a plus.
5.Good computer literacy (MS Office)
6.Manage customer service: maintain good relationship with customers, follow up on customer request and achieve sales target
7.Coordinate and follow up project development, order production, to shipment, including customer’s claim.
8.Support team leader to prepare customer visit, company and products presentation.

1.The trial period is 3 months for sales
2.Structure of compensation during the trial period : Basic salary + Overtime + Internship bonus
3.According to the note of assessment , during the triad period, the salary range : 2800 – 3600 for international sales, and 2800 – 3300 for international Sales Assistant
4.After the trial period, the international sales can earn more than 6700 yuan per month maximum, and 5150 yuan per month maximum for international sales assistant.
5.Sign a formal labor contract, and the social insurance will be provided according to the law
