Job Requirements:
? BS, Electronics and Mechanics or comparable,Bachelor's degree or above;

? Good teamwork spirit, minimum 2 years relevant working experience;
? Strong technical background with experience in semiconductor and SMT industry is preferred;
? Capable of understanding complex processes and interest in process - and technology-research for improvements and solutions;
? Willing to travel in and outside China frequently, strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
? Strong customer focus and service experience, task and detail-oriented with attention to product quality;


Position Responsibilities:
? Machine installation and production startup support;
? SMT process support and identification, machine related trouble shooting;
? SMT project management, internal and external communication and coordination.
