职位描述：
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES:
? Manage the team to undertake projects involving PCB design, drawing, schematics
? Provide appropriate solutions in debugging during the product development cycle
? Master digital, analog and power electrical circuit design.
? Collaborate with other teams, departments and other cross functional teams to develop and qualify products that meet application specification, reliability, regulatory, schedule and cost requirements
? Provide the technical solutions to enhance product robustness
? Manage existing suppliers in order to ensure that the products meet the product requirements, quality, cost and schedule
? Review, approve and continually improve product with PCB and electronics component’s design, with proper drawings/documentations and testing standards to comply with Furrion’s quality system
? Adopt new techniques and tools to the new product development process to shorten development cycle time and ensure smooth product launch.
? Work jointly and harmoniously with overseas engineering teams to accomplish project goals
? Establish and maintain PABA and electrical component platforms to shorten development time, reduce variations in operations, increase quality and reduce cost
? Design, develop, evaluate and analyse, apply hardware and associated firmware/software engineering principles for components, products or systems.
? Handle product electronic circuit design down to component level
? Performs circuit level design, testing and preparation of production drawing package
? Develop and execute product in-process and final testing and integration plans for products
? Work with other hardware engineers to design products
? Support external stakeholders in design activities, organize and participate in external and internal design reviews
? In charge of executing and verifying for new product and solution's performances
? Take part in new product mainboard design and verification
? Undertake feasibility study on complex technical blocks and manage execution of the designs (e.g.: schematic capture, lay-out, hardware testing,regulatory)
? Manage external OEM suppliers who are part of the design execution and performing volume manufacturing in terms of technical matters, quality, and schedule
? Provide hardware debug support for the driver- and firmware- engineers in system development.
? Report on engineering activities regularly to Line Manager, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of the relevant Key Performance Indicators
? Undertake other tasks assigned by Line Manager

REQUIREMENTS:
? Educated to degree level in Electronic Engineering discipline or equivalent
? At least 8 years ‘experience in EE/RF design and measurement techniques
? At least 3+ years are in managerial/ supervisory role
? Willingness to stay in Dongguan 5 days per week is a must (Staff dormitory will be provided)
? Working experience in electronics components or home appliance industry is a plus
? Strong experience in building and managing an engineering team in the relevant industry
? Skillful to use test equipment such as Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyser etc
? Able to design from concept to creation with PADS software
? Ability to resolve issues from manufacturing and support failure analysis
? Excellent technical expertise in embedded electronics and electrical power
? Solid knowledge on embedded electronic control
? Knowledge of electrical/electronic components: Battery, switches, chargers and various
electronic components
? Excellent leadership, project management and problem-solving skills
? Excellent communication skills with good command in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
? Pro-active, hunger for success, organized and self-motivated
? Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
