Responsibilities:
? Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Service Desk, and make sure appropriate action is taken by scheduling the team, monitoring all tickets and coordinating with relevant support teams to meet SLA;
? Create and manage an escalation procedure to ensure ultimate service levels are maintained;
? Identify and analyze ticket trends to assist in developing preventative solutions, e.g. problem identification and follow up, coordination of root cause analysis, etc.;
? Monitor and optimize Service Desk services, e.g. service categorization, work instruction/knowledge database development, KPI report creation and follow-up, improvement area identifying, etc;
? Ensure IT process, method and tools are implemented and followed;
? Coach people, ensure skills development for Service Desk team.
Requirement:
- Experience of Service Desk team setup;
- Solid knowledge of ITIL methodology and the practice;
- Over 2 years of team lead/people management experiences;
- Strong English/Mandarin communication skills – both verbal and written;
- Service minded
