职位描述

Position: Admin Assistant/Receptionist



- Scope:
The Admin Assistant/Receptionist reports to the Administrative Manager and is responsible for providing office and clerical services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office.



- Responsibilities
a. receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
b. pick-up and distribute posts
c. maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
d. greet and direct visitors,
e. coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
f. liaise with other departments regarding matters arising: e.g. security, buildings, finance
g. assist the implementation of company policies, e.g. business travel, staff admission/demission
h. perform other related duties as required
i. receive invoices related to company services and arrange payment schedule



- Qualifications
a. high level of English and/or French language skills (speaking, reading, writing, etc.)
b. at least one year experiences in a similar position.
c. effective team working skills
d. knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures is a plus
e. knowledge of computers and relevant software applications is a must
