Job description - legal counsel

Qualifications:

- Major in law, well know Chinese law about contract, patent, interest in internal control

- Full time or part time working: at least 3 days per week

- Fluency in written and spoken English

- Good communications and coordination skills

- Word, Excel, PPT


Basic Works:

- Review and validate contracts (in both Chinese and English), and provide legal advice;

- Respect and internal contract management process;

- Coordinate with group legal for formalizing BJ contract templates;

- Handle doc filing/maintenance General Administrative Support;

- Coordinate with Group legal department and submission weekly highlights of BJ;

- Other jobs in relation with legal issues;
